    Gretta kills it every single time. She actually fixes your form, explains where you should feel it and if you aren’t feeling it in the right spots, she’ll tell you how to get there. She is always reminding us of form, especially during holds just to keep us true our form & ourselves. Always encouraging + has the best music. 20/10 🫶

    Loved this class! I loved how strength focused it was without too much cardio. We also covered all the main muscle groups & really burnt them out. Loved the music & how the instructor was paying attention to people’s form during the exercises.
