see all reviewsThe Foundations Flow was amazing! I am newbie in Yoga and when I last did Vinyasa, I realised I need to know more about the basics. I'm so glad they have this class! I learned how to do the poses properly, and be more mindful of how I breathe and how my muscles/body should be in harmony. I was the only one in class so it became a one to one session. The coach was so clear in the instructions and on how/why of the poses. Definitely recommend!

Noticed someone being trained by a trainer/coach tho. Did not look encouraging to avail a gym membership and/or coach based from my observation but did not affect my overall experience. CP is great na for personal training in this gym. I will visit again!

I'm also happy that the playlist is quite updated. Coach Debbie's energy is also unmatched. Highly recommended! :)

see all reviewsI didn't expect how comprehensive yet gentle it is! It's all in 1: strength training, weight training, flexibility and balance, and yoga flow. You use the bosu ball + weights + and your body. Usually I feel all achey and stiff after exercise but I felt and currently feel soooooo loose! The class honestly started about 15 mins past the scheduled time of 6pm pero we also ended past 7pm so it was well worth the wait. I also love Coach Edz' flow and playlist as well as her demeanor. I have joint weakness and pain and couldn't follow some of the movements but I didn't feel judged at all. The coaches and staff are so incredibly friendly and accommodating (shout out to Sir Art sa entrance) and the entire place is very clean too.

The teacher, Dexter, gave clear and simple instructions but kept the sequence and the tone challenging, making the class accessible to both beginners and intermediate yoga practitioners. Excellent hands-on adjustments as well. 10/10 would recommend this teacher. Overall the space (+ the staff and the members) is warm and friendly. There's a certain air of mindfulness and respectfulness that's not easy to come across in a typical Manila gym culture. I don't like bothering giving reviews but this one's Surge location is an exception. I would sign up for a membership if/when I live in the area. Go sign up if you do. Enjoy!

Since I had a slight back problem (many years ago, dont ask lol), he guided me well and made sure I was comfortable but that's not to say I wasn't challenged and sweaty after the class! He really knows his stuff---he guides you through the movements and the breathing patterns (I'm a semi-beginner). Learned a lot and felt much stronger after the class. I took the 3pm, thursday class, btw! So I think that's one of the days Clint is there. Worth it!!!!
