Friendly instructor. Nice pace to the class. Good variety of moves. It was pretty full today, so sometimes I was worried about accidentally hitting my neighbor with the bigger moves (did once).

    PILATES

The perfect Sunday morning class! It feels gentle and easy at first, but the class is deceptively challenging. I’m always wobbly-legged after class and sore the next day, but without the loud music and high intensity of the workouts I do the rest of the week.

Full class! Cora made sure everyone had a comfortable spot to practice in. Perhaps the studio can put down placement stickers to avoid this issue. Challenging class but excellent cues and motivation to propel intermediate practice. I always love Cora’s classes. Her instruction is so clear.

    Reform + Transform Level 2

I loved the workout style of this instructor. It was the most difficult reformer class I’ve done thus far, but I love how sore I am after. I went at my own pace and switched as I needed to for myself, but I liked how Emily was very attentive to the attendees, ensuring we were doing it correctly and was very friendly and welcoming.

    Spin 45

Harris has great energy and I like how the bikes are sufficiently spaced apart so there’s no chance of bumping into your neighbour as you would at many other spin studios here in Toronto. A nice clean studio, definitely recommend! The handlebar on my bike was a bit wobbly though, even though I checked that it was properly clipped on both parts - it didn’t affect the ride too much but it’s also a bit of a safety issue for newer riders

Lovely studio space that lets in so much light! The class follows true to its name with the first 30 minutes being stretching and breathing followed by a very calming 30 minutes of holding of relaxing positions. Anne was great - gave clear and gentle instructions. The studio provides everything you need from mats to bolsters, bands, blocks and blankets. Will definitely be coming back :)

Really great class, for all levels. The energy was up and pumping, the songs/music was to the beat of our movements. The instructor, Johnny, was very friendly and motivated the class. It was ok but it wasn’t really cardio. Mostly regular Pilates with a few minutes of jumping. No knocks against the class just letting people know it’s not too much of a cardio workout. probably good if you are looking for more of a regular Pilates class with some a little bit of cardio. I wore my chest strap heart rate monitor and I was only out of zone 1 for 1 minute and 34 seconds. Average heart rate was 81 bpm.
