I love that Grace gradually increases the intensity level for all her riders. I can tell that she is an experienced spin instructor based on how she is professional, and natural on stage and in person. Maybe it’s not ideal to dim the lights too dark during sprints, the atmosphere was good however it was difficult to see my strides on the thread (dimmer red lights perhaps!). Did not appreciate T17/F17 to place the floor mat along the side door, it’s quite disruptive to get more water by exiting the red door (cutting the instructor). There’s plenty of space of place the mat along the walls and it still does not block the mirror, does not block form checks. Not cool lady. 👎🏻
