Front desk person was lovely and helped me get a locker, then there was someone inside the room who helped orient and clip in to the bike. As a total first-timer, I enjoyed it and would recommend to other first-timers. The bike is yours to customize resistance, and everyone is so busy grinding on their bike that no one could possible be looking at or judging you. Great heads-down workout.

The studio is heated which really allows to go even deeper into the yin poses. Whatever soreness or aches and pains I had gets removed by the time I leave class. Then I realized how handy they are for referencing form questions that I had while doing the moves. And the instructors rove around giving form tips. The time is efficiently used, with one overview and the. The video loops for reference and expert input. What I was really hoping for came - ten minutes after class I caught myself humming in the grocery store. This might be the type workout that spikes my serotonin. Looking forward to going again and seeing if the next class gifts the chemical happy too. I also liked the instructors. Helpful, warm, grounded.

I'm very new to fitness and gyms so I was feeling nervous about being able to keep up but Mike made the class accessible and understandable. I really liked how small and intimate the space was. Mike was very welcoming and took the time to explain and demo each exercise in great detail and also came over to check my form which I really appreciated. Everybody had a chill laid-back energy and the space was very comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful and super clean. Overall, would highly recommend and I plan to come back.

I was able to modify as needed and take breaks. Gabby was very encouraging and supportive. She took time to check in, cheer me on, and correct my form throughout the session. The vibe is very friendly and welcoming. We did warmup stretches and cooldown stretches which I really liked. Overall, it was a good experience and I would probably go back again to check out more cardio + their other offerings.
