see all reviewsYo, this class was on a Monday and it is now Saturday and I'm still thinking about how good this yoga class was!! Seriously, one of the best classes I've had in a long time. I've been practicing for over 10 years and don't really get 'yoga stoned' anymore but girl I was flying for the rest of the day after this class! 🤣. if you want a class that is going to focus on getting into every sticky corner so you walk out feeling like jello, you need to take one of Lauren Marsh's yoga classes.

see all reviewsIt was great. Love the creative flow. It got fast at tines but it was lovely to feel my body regulate to its own tempo. I felt no pressure to keep up Jose encouraged flow rather than speed & i love that. Its been while since I’ve taken a bsy class & it was a nice welcome back.
