Class follows a clever template with content and techniques that change every time, to keep you learning and improving. I get a mental and physical workout every time. Great atmosphere with other groups working on various equipment and classes, and large-scale setup is different every time, so the vibe is active and visually engaging. Staff and space feel inclusive, easygoing, and supportive too. Just love it!

see all reviewsI absolutely love this class with Juliet! She is so talented, enthusiastic, and just goofy. She creates an environment in which there is no pressure, just dance, expression and freedom. The people who go to the classes are wonderful too. A lot of them have been going to Juliet’s classes for 20+ years. If that doesn’t say enough, then I don’t know what does!
