Burned over 800 calories in 45 minute workout, it was tough but they demonstrated modifications for when you needed to take it down a notch. Highly recommend!

Probably not the best for beginners but if you have taken spin classes before and want to be challenged you must take her class.

Sadly, everyone canceled so it was just me and the instructor but she was AMAZING and the experience was 10/10 even though no one else was there. It felt like there was still a full class of people. Kaitlyn was so motivating and encouraging through the ride. She was easy to follow and understand. If you are looking to take a spin class I definitely recommend hers. see all reviewsI got a paraffin spa pedicure. I really liked the moisturizing formula for the feet and the guy did a great job massaging. When my shoes were being put on I removed the toe spacers and the polish budged. At this point, another lady was helping me with my shoes so I told her the nail polish needed to be fixed and could she repaint it. She said for me to not touch it she would help. All she did was paint over the polish that wasn’t dry to begin with however it was no longer a smooth surface. I repeated myself twice that wasn’t going to suffice. I called the original person to come back and asked nicely if he could repaint it because I didn’t like it. He tapped the nail with his finger and the whole polish came off in 1 layer. So he removed the polish from the 2 toes that were messed up and repainted them for me. The experience would have been better had my requests been listened to the first time instead of being ignored. All I had was a simple one color polish no designs. I also noticed they didn’t clean up the excess polish by using a brush and acetone, they only used their fingernails to remove it. No cuticle oils were used in the end either. The final look could have been more cleaned up in my opinion based off other experiences.
