How to prepare

Bike shoes are key for a safe and effective ride at ZYN22. They have rental shoes available, but if you want to bring your own they’ve got you covered, too. Just ask the front desk staff for more information on what clips to purchase. Please note there is a $3 amenity fee to attend class at the studio.

First of all West’s energy was unparalleled. She truly knows how to motivate, get you out of your mind, but most importantly JAM to the music! Her class at Zyn was so much fun and I’ll definitely be looking out for her on the schedule in the future.

TEDRICK IS AMAZING. Great music, great energy. Good mix of runs and heavy beats and every song had a bumpin base. I was nervous to do a 60 minute class instead of the usual 45 minute but it flew by. Could have used a tougher arm workout though ????????

What is ClassPass?
