Introduction to Aerial Yoga with Marie
Mary is a fantastic instructor, was a great class for beginners :)
Introduction to Aerial Yoga with Marie
Marie was very nice, patient, & informative. The class was a good mix of challenging and fun, as it was a different kind of workout. It's just hard because wrapping around me caused some pain/discomfort on my bony hips... and there aren't a lot of alternatives or modifications available.
Advanced Beginner Aerial Yoga with Pamela
