About this studio
YogaStef founder, Stefan Podolczuk, blends hot Barkan Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa systems through the meditative inspiration of Vipassana. He has been teaching classes since 2013, but aspiring to yoga for life, and began practicing asana first in 2007. Strong smooth moves are developed effortlessly with awareness in the pinnacle & phase of the breath. Slow purposeful transitions at the point of inspiration and exhalation facilitate a deeply meditative state in his practice. YogaStef's classes introduce new poses through strategic sequencing, and there's always another variation perfect for your state. Classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced students.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.
