Level 2 with Annabelle
I liked Annabelle (sub for Frank). Challenging class with good flow.
Hour L2 with Joanne
Okay. Class was kinda basic - nothing unique about it and would’ve liked hands on adjustments but she just walked around. Lovely speaking voice though
Level 2/3 with Bridgette
Lovely class. Great sequencing. Didn’t love all the time spent on arm balances though
Hour L2 with Jessica
I look forward to Jessica’s class each week. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and talented. The pace and flow of her class is a perfect blend of challenging and therapeutic. I’ve really learned a lot and improved through taking her classes.
Hour L2 with Karen
First time taking this class/visiting this studio and I really enjoyed it. The instructor was great and made the class fly by. I really enjoyed all of the twists! This particular class wasn’t very difficult but it did get your heart rate up a little.
Level 2 with Gina

Level 1 with Halima
Great direction from the instructor and the studio is well maintained.
Level 1 with Rachel
loved the class! Challenging for a beginner but just the right amount. great instructor - clear directions. great playlist.
Level 1 with Rachel
Class went at a good pace and Rachel was very descriptive in her instruction. I felt like the flow overall could have been a bit more challenging, but it is a level 1 class after all. We did work on a one-legged bridge pose towards the end of class which was a nice addition! I’d definitely take this class again. It was a great way to start the week.
Level 2/3 with Bridgette
Challenging and interesting class, but needs to consistently provide clearer verbal instructions. I found myself lost a few times or confused at where a pose was evolving despite having a strong regular practice.
Level 2 with Frank
No one’s better than Frank!!
Level 1 with Rachel
Rachael was awesome. I had been away for a little bit and just loved her teaching method and vibe. Thank you!!!

Lovely teacher but the flow was too basic and kind of boring for a level 2/3
