Great class. In SLC for a few days and wanted to check it out, the studio was super welcoming and had great vibes. Instructor was fun and it was a great sweat. Only complaint is that bikes are kinda close to each other so during arms I felt like I was almost hitting the people near me but otherwise was perfect! Love the cold towel at the end

    Hot Power Flow

Not what I expected. I would call it restorative stretching and strengthening. Because of the slow gentle movement it is great for days when you don’t really feel like being active, push yourself to do it anyway and feel so glad you made yourself do it. The class didn’t feel like yoga due to the hand weight exercises, but it has a similar effect. I felt strong, profoundly grounded as well as calm and invigorated. The temperature was comfortable and allows for increased flexibility. Some of instructors cues confused me but most were excellent to follow and helping me to improve awareness of my alignment.

For my first time I didn’t know what to expect. You’ll first go to the front desk fill out a form. The class will be a slight challenge at first . I do recommend you sit with your mat either in the front or middle section. I made the error of the back of the room and I had trouble seeing what to do. Expect to shake, this is called inferno for a reason but I do recommend it. This will work out your inner thighs and well your whole body really. Take a towel as you definitely will get sweaty. The place in general is huge, recommend getting there a little earlier to find parking (I found it on the street)& figure it out if you haven’t been before . You go through the main entrance all the way back until you see the rock climbing area- check in. The room is decently sized so you shouldn’t feel too close to your neighbor. Didn’t feel the room was like burning hot, you’ll be ok- more like warm + some of your own body heat. I wouldn’t say it’s for beginners. Could be depending on the instructors or class maybe? You’ll have to be somewhat be experienced prior to know the call outs from the instructor as they won’t always be performing them with you. Not a bad thing but that’s just a down fall for someone whom may be new. Overall, I definitely will attend again!
