About this studio

Yoga Hive is a yoga studio based in the hip residential area of Taman Tun Dr Ismail. This is a neighbourhood yoga studio surrounded by great cafes. You can walk in for good stretch and soothe the aches while increasing blood flow under the guidance of their experienced yoga practitioners. At Yoga Hive, they welcome diversity into the studio as they practice thoughtful and reflexive yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.

How to prepare

Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.

Always love eidura’s sessions ever since I came across her class last year. She explained the techniques for each pose well, she gently corrects your pose but does not force you into any position that may be unbearable for you, while ensuring you get the most out of the practice based on your capacity, and her instructions are very clear. All in all, she is professional and skilled. Well done.
