always have a good session with Krissy! i enjoy that we get some time at the end to practice something that's a little bit out of our comfort zone :)

The class was super fun and inspiring! The teacher, Krissy is so encouraging and positive. Definitely makes the class even more enjoyable. The structure of this class seriously makes you sweat for the first 30mins then stretches out all the tension and aches out in the last 30mins. The best of both worlds. I thoroughly enjoyed the Yoga Spin class and will definitely return.

We had an amazing session! (: it was fun to spin and increase our heart rate for the first half of the lesson before engaging in stretches and breathing for the next half. Krissy was patient and engaging too!

Krissy was very friendly and enthusiastic during the workout! Started off with spinning for 30 minutes, followed by some yoga for cool down. Love the combination as the yoga really helps stretch the muscles :)

About this studio

Yoga at The Yards is a wellness studio in the East, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of our city life. Feel yourself transported to a peaceful enclave as you enter the estate and join us in practice - whether you are looking for inner peace with Meditation, Reiki Healing or an energizing session of Ashtanga Yoga or Yoga Spin (yes, the studio is equip with state-of-the-art ICG indoor cycling bikes!) Yoga at the Yards is in partnership with OMGymfitness and co-located with Wufang Singapore. See you here!

How to prepare

- Please bring your shoes along for Yoga Spin and Cyclic Interval Training classes - Come in your comfortable Yoga/ sports attire - A small towel will be ready handy, especially for Energizing classes (towels not provided) -Changing room available Especially for Yoga Spin and CIT, please arrive 10-15mins earlier to have your bikes set-up.

Yoga At The Yards is located at 404 Joo Chiat Place. By Bus: Bus Stop Number 83159 Bus 33, 150 & 155 available and alight at Opp Parkway East Hospital. By Train: Kembangan MRT Exit A (10 mins walk) GrabShuttle Plus available at The Yards! Set your designated pick-up/drop-off point at low prices when you come to The Yards!

What is ClassPass?
