Hot Restorative Yin with Lara
This is a slow and relaxing class. Lara is a good instructor. I was nervous to take the class since I was use to Jason Morris but Lara was great! This a great class to end the wk in and just unwind.
Hot Flow with Lara
Class was good, really really good...But horrible customer service...unbelievable. It’s sad. You gotta fix this. Please!!!
Inferno Hot Pilates w/Bands with Jill
I walked into the class feeling restless, tired, low energy and drained but walked out revived. Jill was positive, clear with her instructions and also friendly. Her program was well-rounded and by the end of class my body was spent, my mind was relaxed and alert. The use of breathe and consistent form is critical for this class. We all know breathing is imperative. However, majority of people are not properly utilizing their ability to breathe. Class is high intensity with low impact movements. By the way, high intensity in this class does not mean working mindlessly fast. Rather, focus on nurturing a stronger form, while maintaining your proper form at a steady and smart pace, throughout the 60 minutes. I think it’s great that this fitness studio double majors in yoga and hot pilates.
Inferno Hot Pilates w/Bands with Jill
Was a lot more boot camp/cardio than Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates w/Bands ( doors close 5min before ) with Gregory
Great class, but the instructors mic was too loud.
Inferno Hot Pilates w/Bands with Jill
I have never sweat this much in my life! If you are a work out junkie, like me, you will love how challenging this class is. Jill was absolutely incredible, filled with so much energy! Thank you Jill!
Traditional Hot 60 with Raisa
Loved the teacher. Very attentive to each student!
Inferno Hot Pilates with William
The check in process was not the smoothest. Staff needs to be trained on intake and general attitude upon arrival. The actual class was great. William is a great instructor. Workout is challenging and fun. Music selection is horrible, EDM is not my preference when doing Pilates.
Traditional Hot 60 ( doors close 5min before ) with Elena
Okay class. Good sweat, but not as difficult as other bikram classes I’ve been to. They have lockers and showers, but bring your own lock and shampoo!
Hot Restorative Yin with Jason
This class was challenging but mentally peaceful.
