good class and the instructor did it with you so it was good. Was scared to go for 90 mins but he says it varies and sometimes finishes earlier. I thought it was gonna be Vanessa but Steve was the instructor. He said it wouldve been harder if she was teaching so I'm glad I got to try it out without dying lol. Steve was nice and encouraging but the class is low energy compared to some other studios I tried in the area. Good for a Saturday morning class though!

Great instructor but wished I could've had a little more coaching on my posture during the exercises.

the workout was good, it's really what you make of it, put in the effort and you'll get a good sweat in. Good mix of weights and body exercises. The instructor was sweet and nice but was also really quiet. I had a bit of a hard time getting amped up or excited when it was so quiet in there!

Could have used a short warm up and cool down. Otherwise great workout!

Tough class but really worth it. Be prepared to work on different muscle groups through single 50-100 rep sets.

I consider myself a pretty in shape, muscular guy but this crossfit routine kicked my booty! Thanks for the class - highly recommended for a quick 500kcal burn
