Vanessa is great! However, The equipment at the studio is very old. Needs replacing

Not my style. I thought it was going to be more of a circuit rotating between weights and cardio. The class started with 5 min of jumping jacks while the instructor finished setting up. Then we did some ridiculous kicking and punching. You break a sweat because your just jumping around a bunch, but I didn't feel like I got a great workout!

The circuits were good, but there was no warm up or cool down.

Came to class and the instructor just said look at the board and get started. I explained to her I was new and I wasn't sure what the procedure was. She then halfheartedly explained the steps then went on to look at her phone. Occasionally chiming in to say good job and to ask if we were done. It was a at your own pace regiment, but felt super rushed. She kept trying to hurry us up so she could leave 10-15 min before 8. I do believe if you signed up for an hour long session, yoh should be able to utilize that time frame. I finally got fed up with her rushing us that I left 15 min. before my session qas done. She then had the nerve to say, "it took you a bit, but you got there." long story short, never coming back. You might as well just go to a regular gym and work out on your own, since thats all this is. Disappointing indeed.

Good workout, wish the instructor was more motivating and involved in the coaching. Ill go back though because it was challenging!

People seem to enjoy this, and Vanessa was friendly and nice, but I wouldn't really call this a "class." There were some exercises written on a whiteboard with no explanation of how to do them and what equipment to use, and no instruction was given to me even though I said I was new. It was confusing and I didn't feel like I knew what I should be doing. Everyone there knew each other though and was friendly, I just would have appreciated some more basic instructions.

Overall, solid circuit. Some strength training mixed in with cardio bursts to get a good sweat going. 15 exercises though seemed a bit much for the circuit vs doing the same movement three to four times. That said, I will be back to try it again.
