X-Camp with Vanessa
Came to class and the instructor just said look at the board and get started. I explained to her I was new and I wasn't sure what the procedure was. She then halfheartedly explained the steps then went on to look at her phone. Occasionally chiming in to say good job and to ask if we were done. It was a at your own pace regiment, but felt super rushed. She kept trying to hurry us up so she could leave 10-15 min before 8. I do believe if you signed up for an hour long session, yoh should be able to utilize that time frame. I finally got fed up with her rushing us that I left 15 min. before my session qas done. She then had the nerve to say, "it took you a bit, but you got there." long story short, never coming back. You might as well just go to a regular gym and work out on your own, since thats all this is. Disappointing indeed.

Good workout, wish the instructor was more motivating and involved in the coaching. Ill go back though because it was challenging!

People seem to enjoy this, and Vanessa was friendly and nice, but I wouldn't really call this a "class." There were some exercises written on a whiteboard with no explanation of how to do them and what equipment to use, and no instruction was given to me even though I said I was new. It was confusing and I didn't feel like I knew what I should be doing. Everyone there knew each other though and was friendly, I just would have appreciated some more basic instructions.

Overall, solid circuit. Some strength training mixed in with cardio bursts to get a good sweat going. 15 exercises though seemed a bit much for the circuit vs doing the same movement three to four times. That said, I will be back to try it again.

good class and the instructor did it with you so it was good. Was scared to go for 90 mins but he says it varies and sometimes finishes earlier. I thought it was gonna be Vanessa but Steve was the instructor. He said it wouldve been harder if she was teaching so I'm glad I got to try it out without dying lol. Steve was nice and encouraging but the class is low energy compared to some other studios I tried in the area. Good for a Saturday morning class though!

the workout was good, it's really what you make of it, put in the effort and you'll get a good sweat in. Good mix of weights and body exercises. The instructor was sweet and nice but was also really quiet. I had a bit of a hard time getting amped up or excited when it was so quiet in there!

Could have used a short warm up and cool down. Otherwise great workout!
