30 minutes of pure work. It was basically a one-on-one session with Marcus, the trainer. It was a great workout but it was a round of exercises repeated 4x then an all out sprint on the rowing machine to end the session. Innovated workouts but just wish there was more!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
