About this studio
This HIIT class combines High Intensity Interval Training to music. NO DANCING. Squats, lunges, push ups, burpees, air jacks, squat jacks, jumping jacks, high knees, football runs, Heismans, planks and much more!! You *will* be challenged. A unique Hybrid class to music combines HIIT, Cardio Kickboxing, Mat Pilates and rounds out with some Yoga type stretching at the end of the hour. STRONG by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Classes are Monday and Wednesday mornings 5:40AM to 6:40AM. Saturday classes are held 2 to 3 Saturdays a month and are at 11AM. No Childcare. How to prepare
Please arrive 5 minutes early, wear clothing that is comfortable to move in, bring a mat, bottled water and a towel for sweat.

Wyoming Fitness HIIT is located inside A&HT Church - 334 Burns Ave., Cincinnati, OH, 45215. Enter through the RED doors on Burns Ave. Street parking.
