Good variety of different movements but did feel that we did more chest than back exercises. Lots of lunges, enjoyed the planks, could have done with better range of medicine balls. Chris was friendly but didn’t feel like he checked my form or assess If I knew how to do an exercise.

About this studio

Wreck Room specialises in fun and effective boxing and functional fitness classes in Auckland, using basic tools to help you get stronger, faster and fitter. Their community includes people from all walks of life, so regardless of where you come from or what your fitness experience is, you’ll find a place there, alongside a crazy group of people to share your pain and triumphs with. Wreck Room offers group fitness classes focusing on cardio, strength and boxing, plus customized one-on-one sessions, so you’ll have access to a wide variety of training to suit your needs. Whatever your goals are, their team is here to help you reach them.

How to prepare

Wear athletic clothing and footwear, come prepared to sweat! For boxing wear athletic clothing and footwear, please bring hand wraps and gloves if you have them. Bring water if you'd like!

What is ClassPass?
