Soul-Flow Sundays
Janelle was absolutely amazing, I hope to take many classes from her in the future! I was the only student in the class so it ended up being very personalized which was a huge plus!
Unwind Slow Yoga
Relaxing class before bedtime but there were very few poses or even stretching. Nice instructor but would have enjoyed a few more deep stretches/poses.

The description was a bit misleading as the music was mostly not soul or R & B, but I enjoyed the class and appreciated the instructors recognition of our differing skill levels in the class.

About this studio

At Wild Hearts Wellness, we offer a unique variety of classes in Yoga, Pilates, and Nia to help you feel your best. Yoga classes range from basic beginner to advanced and may include chanting, Chinese medicine principles, or straight up Vinyasa Flows. Pilates classes may incorporate Barre, Ayurvedic principles, or Mindful movement in your practice. Nia brings fun and sensuality to your movement! We love all ages, all bodies, all people. How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.

What is ClassPass?
