Candlelight Yoga with Shannon
It was an ok class, relaxing but wanted a bit more from the poses. I don’t claim to be a yogi but have been to enough classes that I know for me this just wasn’t enough.

This class was definitely a restorative class, not what I was expecting from the description. It was still a good stretch, but not much of a workout.

I took this class for the first time after an extremely stressful day. I have never taken such a relaxed yoga class; I found myself relaxing my body well after the class and into the night. It’s hard to describe, so I would say just go. I will be back on a regular basis!
