Jisun is an amazing teacher - extremely positive, thorough and encouraging. I enjoyed the class throughout and feel evenly sore all over in the best way afterwards. I agree this is a great class for beginners and for folks looking to hone their technique and control.

I’ve been to this studio a few times and it’s always been fine - I’m not super into classical Pilates but the instructors here are really focused on breathing and movement. The studio always smells like stinky feet though... to the point that it’s really distracting, especially because they focus so much on breathing.

How to prepare

The studio recommends clients wear toe-sox. They can be purchased in their Whole Body Method Store. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pregnant women in our Pilates classes.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
