Mask-wearing policies

- Always wear a mask on the way & when you're leaving the gym.- Due to the high intensity of our training, wearing a mask in class is optional to ensure you have enough oxygen & good breathing circulation. However, do whatever makes you more comfortable & feel free to wear your mask during class.

Social distancing measures

- You'll be working out in a 2 x 2 metres box that are 1 metres apart from each other- Boxes that have used in the previous class won't be reused for the next class so you won't be sharing the same box.

Ventilation system

Fully outdoor gym at the rooftop of WTC Sudirman

Extra sanitation

- Water, soap & hand sanitizer are available so you can clean your hands anytime- Everyone will get a bottle of 70% alcohol & cloth to wipe equipments before & after class.- Disposable nitrile gloves available for anyone who needs a pair
