thia is the 4th class from classpass we attended so far , 1st time we got fully work out our entire body, and mucle got sore but worth it

Amazing class. Lots of individual attention and focus and form.

Dylan was so encouraging and patient. He sets up 8 workout stations and a 2-minute timer. Every station focused on different muscle groups. You move at your own pace so you can go as quickly or as slow and precise as you want. Its not one of those loud, pumping music type of class. Its more of a personal training session. Lots of individual attention and focuses on form. Dylan is the sweetest guy ever. Really listens and is constantly correcting form to give you the most efficient workout. Very happy I took this class. Different from the typical workout class.

Not really a sweaty or challenging workout. Mostly stretching exercises for older folks and maybe people with minor injuries. Very slow paced

What is ClassPass?
