About this studio
Vitality by Kristin is a strength and conditioning program that promotes fat loss, muscle toning, postural correction and building endurance. These classes are an hour long and will take you through warm up drills, strength movements and a cardio based finisher. A wide variety of equipment such as barbells, kettle bells, rowers, bikes, etc. are used throughout each session and keeps classes constantly varied and challenging. Vitality is truly unique in it's culture and community- zero intimidation, judgement, or competition feels. How to prepare
Bring your best gym attire (something easy to move around in.) Bottle of water Recommended to eat something relatively light within an hour or hour and a half before the workout
How to get there
Look out for the "Garden Gates"signage off of Central Ave and take the winding road to their location. You will see a giant bay door open for entrance. You will see a coach on site that will greet you and show you a brief tour of the facility.
