CardioBARRE with Taylor
Very small classes (5-7 people) so lots of individual attention. Most welcoming/friendly/upbeat barre studio Ive been to (and Ive been to most in SF) without any snobbery. Loved the class would suggest it if youre new to barre, looking to incorporate cardio, or just want a barre class that has great energy. Taylor brought so much enthusiasm and offered good corrections and so much encouragement.

Jennifer is so knowledgeable and a true expert in her craft. The class was surprisingly difficult (dont expect a ton of passive stretching), but my posture and overall function feels so much better!

Jennifer was AMAZING! All San Francisco based companies with employees who do a lot of sitting should be lining up at her door and begging her to create corporate wellness programs. They would save money in the long run and create happy vibes in the immediate near term. I will be going back regularly!!!

This workout is solid! Jennifer is great and we all can use a little focus on our posture. It also is challenging - you will sweat but in a good way!

Loved this class! The instructor was so caring and really helped me with my posture and making sure I didnt get hurt while doing the exercises. This is not a hard class, but really good to fix your posture and be more conscious about your body.

Taylor is very enthusiastic and encouraging. While the class is called CardioBarre, it is almost all barre, very little cardio. My one suggestion is the studio needs to get heavier weights - the 3lb weights were too easy

What a workout. 6:30 class, and I was wide awake leaving the studio. I saw reviews of how energetic Tylor was but wow! She was good! Challenging, but Tylor will help you do it.

Great class! Really interesting take on resistance training. Amazing how small adjustments to body posture and position make the various exercises more effective and challenging. Jennifer is terrific, really clear instruction with great flow to the class.
