Intro to Pole (BEGINNER) with Aileen
wonderful class! Aileen is a lovely teacher. very attentive and helpful
Intro to Pole (BEGINNER) with Polina
This class is so much fun!!! I just wish they would limit class the the number of poles - sharing was a little awkward and since only a few people had to share it felt unfair.
Intro to Pole Dance (BEGINNER) with Lavinia
This class was fast paced and I would argue that it is more intermediate than beginner level. I was a bit disappointed because the instructions said that the class is a barefoot class, but when I arrived the instructor said we need heels for certain moves. I did not find the instructor to be very positive, which was also disappointing in a class where everyone is trying to put themselves out there! Some positives- I definitely got a great workout, and the venue was lovely.
Aerial Yoga (OPEN TO ALL) with Ariella
Really cool class! Be ready to be upside down
Aerial Conditioning (OPEN TO ALL) with Lavinia
Awesome atmosphere, great instructor, amazing first experience!
Aerial Hoop (OPEN TO ALL) with Shipra
Teacher ended class 15 minutes early. She did not check us in so we could have just jumped in the class for free. Minimal instruction and warm up. Fun class idea but think Id rather try different place or teacher. She seemed unprepared.
Response from the studio:
Thank you for the feedback. I know we connected on this issue and were able to rectify. Again my apologies on the mix up with the instructor on ending the class early. It will never happen again. As per the class content, this is not an intro level class so the instructor moves more freely between students offering advancements and help. As a beginner it would be best for you to take an intro level class in order to get more broken down instruction. I hope this helps!
Aerial Hoop (OPEN TO ALL) with Shipra
Not enough hoops for everyone (2 hoops, 8 people), seemed a little unorganized.
Response from the studio:
Thanks for your feedback! It's standard in the aerial industry that there will be 2 people per apparatus. 1. For safety reasons there can only be so many students in a class. Also it's not possible that a student can be in the apparatus for the entire class. So it's easy to share and for the instructor to spot :)
Intro to Pole (BEGINNER) with Lavinia
nice facility and knowledgeable instructor.
