Always hard, and fun!
Urban Athlete | HYBRID with Alison
This was one of the hardest workouts I've ever done! Worked up an awesome sweat. Ali was great and showed me how to perform all the moves correctly and safely!
Urban Athlete | Conditioning with Alison
Good, but small class. The trainer was very nice and motivating!
Urban Athlete | Strength with Mouna
So bummed to leave a 2 star review for Urban Athlete - I've never rated one of their classes below stars. Mouna just didn't bring the same enthusiasm and positivity to the class that the other instructors do. While the exercises were okay, we didn't have a structured cool down despite having plenty of time after finishing the workout, which to me, is especially important after strength. Unfortunately, will pass on this class in the future.

Great exercise! Alison was motivating and really helped critique movements!
Urban Athlete | Strength with Alison
Alison was nice & will help you with the movements & correct your form.

In general I love Urban Athletic Club and have been going there for years. Today was my first time having Mouna as my instructor, and it was probably my least favorite class I've ever taken at UAC. Her workout was not innovative at all and I stared at the clock the whole time. She also lacked enthusiasm and energy. Not my favorite instructor.
Urban Athlete | Strength with Mouna
Intense but a reasonably good workout. I definitely could've gone without the burpees, jogging, & kettle bell swings. The instructor went slightly overtime & the middle section of the class (4 rotating exercises) was 20 minutes long, which felt almost as long as it sounds. Ultimately there are so many, much better classes out there on classpass.
Urban Athlete | HYBRID with HALEIGH
Haleigh was great! I really enjoyed this class and felt like it moved really quickly
