UAC exists to provide a comprehensive, multi-modal training program for both the athlete and the athletic-minded. - Shows — wear athletic sneakers. Towels — UAC provides both workout and shower towels Water — Bring a water bottle; there is a filtered water station. If you are new to fitness, you must schedule a (complimentary) session with one of our trainers. It helps to keep classes running smoothly and safely.
