Good workout. Could use louder music but may be a function of being in an apartment building
Urban Athlete | Strength with Ali
Alison is awesome, tough but interesting workout.
Urban Athlete | HYBRID with Jana
She was awesome! Killer work out!

Please update the instructors on the schedule. It's very misleading and frustrating when you're expecting an instructor and it's different. Also- if the workout are going to be crossfit, the schedule and description of the workout should reflect that.
Urban Athlete | Strength with Mouna
Good workout but not as upbeat as a usual UAC class.
Urban Athlete | Conditioning with GRAHAM
I enjoyed the class, but it was a bit of a grab bag. We did some stretching, some drills, a couple of circuits and finished with running sprints. I think it would make more sense if I went to this gym regularly, but since I don't, it felt like an odd assortment of activities.
Urban Athlete | Strength with HALEIGH
Great, but could have used more explanation when instructing as a couple of us weren't familiar with the exercises. However, we got answers when we asked. Tough workout though.
Urban Athlete | Conditioning with Ali
never boring, always something new to keep our minds and body guessing!
Urban Athlete | Conditioning with Ali
Circuit pattern was awesome and kept things interesting, though I was kind of annoyed to do so many laps outside on such a hot day, woof! Ali gave a lot of good form corrections, too.
Urban Athlete | HYBRID with Ali
Awesome, challenging class. Instructor was highly engaged. Nice facility too.
