How to prepare
Our workouts start with a dynamic warm-up, effectively preparing you for the workout. Expect to foam roll, stretch and move and crawl around on the floor, and do some agility and balance drills. Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes.
How to get there
Twin Cities Movement is located at 2902 Garfield Ave S in Minneapolis, MN. It's the big metal building. Take the alley to the gate and park in the lot, or park in the street and walk through the alley. It's toughest to find the first time, but after that, no problem!
