Yoga Nidra with Bill
This class is welcoming. It is a unique Yoga Nidra class with all the comforts to induce a deep state of relaxation and restoration to the whole body;Including the 5 Koshas.
Gentle Yoga (Basics, Beginners) with Donna
This was a great slow-paced class with lots of long stretches - just what I was looking for. The people there were so friendly and welcoming too!
Gentle Yoga (Basics, Beginners) with Donna
My first experience of TriYoga after lots of other styles. They have changed the names of some basic postures which was confusing. I found the teacher very prescriptive - there were correct and incorrect ways to do postures - and less focused on the internal experience than I prefer.
Gentle Yoga (Basics, Beginners) with Esther
Great class for beginners who are new to yoga. Very relaxing environment, would recommend.
Free the Spine with Brahmi
Nice clean studio. Instructor was very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Class is definitely more focus on stretching and some core strengthening. Would have liked a little more intense ab work and some sun salutations to move a bit and loosen up muscles that way. Great teacher and studio though - will definitely go back!
