A good mix of boxing and cardio. One thing I would recommend for everyone is to bring wraps. Your knuckles will hurt without them!

NOT FOR BEGINNERS. Although this class gives you a good sweat, the instructor doesn’t correct form and only helps those that ask. There is also no stretch prior to the workout which is crazy. The women’s locker room had watered down soap in the dispensers. On a positive note, this is a great class for those with experience that want something fast-paced. I might consider doing it again once I’ve learned proper techniques and form.

What is ClassPass?
