Wish we used weights during the arm section. It would also be nice if they had spin shoes but they don’t.

There was only one other person there when I arrived and the instructor completely ignored me and even as I was struggling trying to figure out how to adjust the spin bike she did not even bother to ask me if I needed help.

Loved the small group atmosphere, and if you ever wanted to workout with a nicer Jillian Michaels, Rorys your girl! She pushed and motivated throughout the workout!

Great instructor, a lot of out of the saddle work and a few minutes of arms. The studio space is clean, bright and theres a lot of space so you dont feel like youre crowded into a cattle car.

Ashley was awesome! It is a great workout.

Rory was very helpful. She made sure I was doing each step correctly, and I was able to adjust the workout to my strength level. It was a fun class, and Ill definitely be sore in the morning.
Row and Flow with Tabitha
Was a really great workout. The flow aspect was more of a barre class than a yoga flow which was unexpected but I enjoyed it! The instructor demonstrates the whole class so it easy to follow. She didnt give any corrections or many encouragements which to me left something to be desired.

What is ClassPass?
