About this studio

Transform Altitude is known for their high-intensity work out. They specialize in conditional training, muscles toning and maximizing fat loss. They also incorporate oxygen deprivation training so you burn calories even after class is over. You can expect to burn 800 to 1,200 calories in just one session. Their instructors have trained a variety of elite athletes in every sport sector, and yes, the athletes themselves will be training with you and will push you to do what you didn’t even know you were capable of doing. They ensure that each class is different, you will never have the same routine, and you will always be pushed to your limit.

What is ClassPass?
