Kiki really ares about fitness and health. Great class for any level. Such a pleasure to work out in the fresh air. Good motivator!

Class actually starts at 7:05 or 7:10. Hold tight and Kiki will be there! He's great!

Pretty good workout but not what I was expecting...energy not as high as I'd hoped because the crowd was elderly and less fit. But if you're looking for that then the group was super nice and welcoming and I recommend it for you.

What is ClassPass?
