TML offers Pole Dance/Fitness classes, Twerk Dance/Fitness Classes, Body Confidence Bootcamps, Flexabilty classes as well as private parties, personal training and body coaching services.

Even though there were only 8 poles in the class, they didn't cap attendance to a reasonable number. As a result, it was 3 girls sharing each pole. The instructor showed off each move, but didn't provide enough instruction to individuals. There were so many attendees it was really hard to figure out what was going on. Our first class at TML was amazing, so it may have just been this particular class with this instructor.

This was a great beginning class for learning how to pole dance. I got a lot of one-on-one attention. Do not take this class if you want an extreme workout. This first class is meant to teach you the basic techniques of pole dancing only all while getting your body moving.
