How to get there

The Zone is a large complex that is about 150 yards removed from Stella Link. Turn into the Main Link Business Park from Stella Link. Drive all the way down the entrance road, turn right into The Zone's parking lot. Upon entering The Zone, go left and up the stairs. Timberline Fitness is on the second floor and will be the first business you come upon.

Boot Camp
Austin was really awesome! Felt like I had my own personal trainer!! Different levels of intensity and we did 3 sets of each. Austin was very good about helping me modify each workout due to back injury.

Great gym with all the necessary equipment for a good workout. I was alone at the gym and I went at 5pm, felt like my own private gym. Awesome!
Boot Camp
The class is okay. Its basically doing circuits in the gym equipment, doing 2 different circuits 2 or 3 times each. The circuits combine abs, upper, lower body, free weights, and cardio; each is 1 min. Not what I was expecting but not bad. Garrett was attentive and provided much needed guidance.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
