Never thought I would say a workout class is fun! Competition combined with workout routines is great! Brian is great too with demonstrating, helping you with your form, and providing encouragement.

One of the best full body workouts you can get. The trainer is always encouraging and makes the class fun. He even adjusts your form to make sure you don't injure yourself. Highly recommend Throwback Fitness!

Ryan was great as he would correct form throughout the class, which is something that I don't often see in other studios. It was my first time, and I liked that the class was smaller than the usual classpass classes I take (around 8 people on a Monday night). It was fun & a good way to change things up

This class was extremely fun while also being a super intense workout! Brian was super attentive throughout the duration of the class and made sure that we were challenging ourselves. 10/10 would go back again

If you like circuit training, this class is one of the best since there is a game with everything we do. But I was a little deceived with the class description, I thought there would be more classic games and instead it was the Fhitting Room with a contest. This is not a swanky place FYI. Also classes are super small so you will get that attention. I personally like to blend it and do everything as a class. The instructor explains every exercise super fast so pay attention. Its not for me but I can see some people loving it. Also if its your first time, there are regulars and you will be singled out.
