Throwback spices up your traditional HIT routine by gamifying fitness. You'll head back to recess with Throwback's "murderously fun" workouts, which are based on old school games like tag, capture the flag and flip cup! (Yes flip cup!) You will leave the team atmosphere covered in sweat with a smile on your face.

Expect a full body workout that incorporates rowing machines, free weights, medicine balls, kettlebells, pull-up bars, gymnastics rings and more.
