Three Studio is a fitness center that offers a diverse selection of classes in Pilates, Reformer, Yoga, Fly, Barre workout and Zumba Fitness Dance. The instructors are patient and experienced, created an environment that is comforting and suitable for all levels. We deliver warm and cozy experience to clients, we believe that work out in friendly and warm atmosphere is the best way to build up your energize.

How to prepare

Pilates Reformer and Barre work out class: - Please wear Grip sock and comfortable exercise clothes. Yoga Fly class: - Please wear short sleeves t-shirt with no Glister, sharp article on your clothes. - All accessories, ornamentation are not allowed in class. Zumba Dance: - Work out sneaker is required.
