Gentle Yoga Flow with Amy
Awesome studio!
Vinyasa Flow II with Polly
love this class with Polly. definitely broke a sweat but was continually reminded to come back to the breath.
Vinyasa Flow II with Ian
Did not break a sweat and didn't go through flows over and over -- focused more on strengthening different poses. I definitely had the shakies. Great level of challenge. No hot towels afterward this time though, bummer.
Vinyasa Flow I with Donna
Not really for me. Instructor kept using Hindi (?) terms for poses like Warrior 2, so I kept having to find her as she walked around the room to figure out what she meant. Slower flow than I expected, more meditative than movement.
Vinyasa Flow II with Jordan
Small class size which usually allows us to work on some inversions or something else new. Flow tends to be on the slower side, focusing on stretching and strengthening versus speed. Great class.
Vinyasa Flow I with Ian
Inspiring! The instructor, Ian, was very knowledgeable and the class had an excellent flow. Great for beginners. Will definitely return for another of Ians classes and will try out other instructors.
Restorative Flow
Amazing yoga studio!!! They have a great atmosphere & even offer hot tea that students brought into the restorative yoga class. Ill return!
Vinyasa Flow I with Meredith
Very good instructor.
Vinyasa Flow II with Jordan
Good class! Time went by really quickly. Some of the flow seemed to be a little disjointed, but it was a good class to work on expanding your practice, which can be hard to find via classpass. We worked on inversions at the end with one on one instruction (only four people in class). I personally would have liked some more hands on form corrections during the class, but I feel like that is more a personal preference for each individuals practice. Will be back!
Restorative Flow with Erica
You have to know going into this class that its not a typical class. The poses are held for a long time and its not a true workout per se. That being said, its a good stretch. Erica was very attentive and mindful of each class participants needs.
