How to prepare

Please prepare to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before a class. You will be asked to remove your shoes as the studio is a no-shoes zone especially on the equipment. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the equipment, mats and apparatus and they are wiped down after each use. Students of all ages wear workout clothing, comfortable yoga pants, longer shorts and t-shirts are fine. You will be laying down and lifting your legs so be prepared to have longer pants or shorts if that is more comfortable for you.

How to get there

The Pilates Center of Pittsburgh is located at 1665 Washington Road, Suite 6, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15228. We are in the Mt. Lebanon neighborhood, South Hills. The studio is between Gilkenson Road (Connor Road) and Abbeyville Road on Washington Road or Route 19. Parking is available under the overhang. The studio entry is on the ground floor in the back of the building. There are plenty of signs to help you find us.
