I love Dave Park's classes!
AthleticPerformance with Jeremy
I was deeply disappointed with this experience. An employee was taking pictures during the class without asking consent. Then the trainer was demonstrating how to do an overhead squat with wrists flexed. When I asked shouldnt it be with neutral wrist, he said no. It isnt safe for the wrists/median nerve.
Boxing Beginners with Mike
This class is a great, hard workout that leaves me sweaty as hell but really proud of myself. Mike is super hepful.

Boxing Beginners with Mike
Mike is a great instructor who makes you feel welcome, reviews basics in the beginning, and has you sweating and pushing to the limit for the entire session. Great workout!
Boxing Beginners with Mike
I love the boxing class!
PowerLifting with Jeremy
Instructor no-showed. Replacement instructor tried his best to make the class good, but hes clearly been asked last minute to teach the class at the end of his other class
Boxing Beginners with Valerie
I wouldnt call this a beginner class. Valerie was very helpful with technique but it isnt as much of a workout as Mikes classes and you will be sparring with other people which was intense for newbies like me
Weights with Pablo with Pablo
There was no motivation from the instructor and I felt like I could have done everything at the gym myself. This feels like I wasted my credits and it was definitely not worth 9 credits. Very disappointed. The instructor was okay but I just expected more from this class
