About this studio

Boxing is the toughest regimen in sports and a great way to get fit. These Mission Boxing, Athletic Performance, Cardio and Powerlifting classes offer a unique and motivating workout focused on strength and conditioning.

How to prepare

You'll sweat a lot in our classes, so remember to bring a towel and wear appropriate workout gear that will keep you cool. Bring a water bottle! Training shoes rather than running shoes are recommended Boxing classes - visitors are welcome to bring their own gloves and wraps. We sell both at the gym and have a limited amount of house gloves that students can use at no cost, but we only have handwraps to sell Fitness classes - wear appropriate workout wear, and wear flat shoes New Visitors - arrive 10 minutes early, or may not be admitted

How to get there

We are conveniently located at 1960 Harrison St, San Francisco, between 15th & 16th. There is ample parking available at 15th & Harrison in the UCSF lot (Open to the public).

Did a lot of weird workouts for the first 25 min and the rest of the class was very uninspired. David Park's class is usually pretty good but this one wasn't his best.

Love David - he’s definitely not the most difficult teacher, but knows the regular’s name and has a fun attitude and sense of humor. Wish we’d do more combos and less freestyle!

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
