About this studio

Boxing is the toughest regimen in sports and a great way to get fit. These Mission Boxing, Athletic Performance, Cardio and Powerlifting classes offer a unique and motivating workout focused on strength and conditioning.

How to prepare

You'll sweat a lot in our classes, so remember to bring a towel and wear appropriate workout gear that will keep you cool. Bring a water bottle! Training shoes rather than running shoes are recommended Boxing classes - visitors are welcome to bring their own gloves and wraps. We sell both at the gym and have a limited amount of house gloves that students can use at no cost, but we only have handwraps to sell Fitness classes - wear appropriate workout wear, and wear flat shoes New Visitors - arrive 10 minutes early, or may not be admitted

How to get there

We are conveniently located at 1960 Harrison St, San Francisco, between 15th & 16th. There is ample parking available at 15th & Harrison in the UCSF lot (Open to the public).

Great workout; however, the instructor could use a few lessons in congeniality. Far from warm, welcoming or inviting. Furthermore, he never once offered correction or feedback throughout the class just a "c'mon! Let's go!" Or a rare "good job".

What is ClassPass?
