Very slow paced. Not what I typically expect in a vinyasa class but it might be beneficial for people who are starting out.

Mellow and relaxing. Not heated which I liked. I felt great after the yoga. Recommended for those who are looking for calm and focused yoga practice. I did break into sweat as well!

Repetition led to deeper movements and more awareness. Guided breathing allows for greater intensity of moves. Jessica is always a treat!

Melanie was so kind and welcoming. Great energy. Small class so we got to try some new things! I will come back!

Challenging but really lovely class. Matt provides helpful modifications for people who are new to Ashtanga (though this class probably isnt best if youre brand new to yoga). Would definitely go back!

I have a knee injury and this class was both rejuvenating and accommodating. The instructor Sona is wonderful!

We started with quiet meditation, then moved to dynamic flow and then finished with very relaxing restorative yoga. Good mixture of flow and relaxing. Did not necessarily broke sweat but I could feel my body definitely circulating better during the flow session. Restorative yoga was really good and I felt like my body was being healed. Felt very good after the class. It went so fast and did not feel like 75 minutes were long at all. Melanie was super helpful on providing individual attention and correction of the form, showed proper form as well. The studio was very clean, large and nice. Really enjoyed the class.

room smelled like b.o. and wet towels, class included long pauses and seemed to be made up on the fly by teacher. not great descriptions of moves and should be posted as stretch class not pilates

Studio was in a good location. The instructor made effort to learn studentss names, etc. Class was fine, but better suited for beginners and pregnant women who are farther along in pregnancy as it was slower paced.
