Really liked the yoga studio and the friendly, calm vibe. This class was nice but was hoping “beginner” meant it’d be more foundational — instead it felt it was a little too slow. Will try another one of their classes!

The instructor verbally delivered step by step details of the poses, but I learn much better when shown visually so there was a few times I was a little confused.

Excellent poses. As others noted it was just 3 in 90 min. I definitely felt the deep relaxation and it was incredibly effective. I would have liked a more welcoming instructor but he clearly knows his stuff.

Roys class is very peaceful and relaxing. I like going on rest days when I want a light stretch. I always leave feeling calm.
