Prenatal with Melylah
Great class and amazing instructor. Felt really good afterwards. I had some joint pain in my pelvis but it got removed thanks to the class!

Sandy was an absolutely wonderful instructor! She was so welcoming and friendly, and focused a lot of attention on proper alignment. If you want a hard workout, this probably isnt the class for you, but if you want a restorative, relaxing class that is good for stretching this will be great for you!

Instructor treated us like kindergarteners, did not make the most of our time together, and I did not feel anything after the class. No stretch or workout, not energized... it felt like she was just making everything up as she went along. Worst pilates class Ive ever had.

Gentle class for relaxation. I enjoy this class when I need a break. Roy is a wonderful instructor!
Prenatal with Madhuri
Slow paced, very relaxing class. Almost fell asleep during the final queen pose. Focused on the stretching and working the muscles for pregnant women. I had pelvic bone pain but it no longer hurt after the class. Definitely worth investing 90 minutes to heal the body and feel calm and relaxed.

Caroline is my favorite teacher ever. Shes incredible. You can be an experienced yogi and still get new lessons from her beginners classes.

Wasnt the type of yoga I was looking for. If youre into something slow, mindful and purposeful, then the class might be a better fit

Sandy is by far my favorite yoga teacher in San Francisco. She is so deep in her practice and I get so much from being with her.
Hatha Flow with Maile
Was very relaxing and rejuvenating session. Started with slow warm up, then to SunSalutations and various fast paced movements. Then we did hip stretch and final Shavasana. 90 minutes did not felt long at all. Entire body felt so good afterwards. Seemed like most of the members were regular attendees to the class who really liked instructor. Definitely recommended.

Yoga Shanti : A Gentle Class with Sona
Loved Sonas class! And bummed she will be gone for the summer. Her voice was so calming and the practice was gentle. Its definitely a great class to stretch out and recover your body. Plus Sona gives some gentle massages with oil throughout the class.
