For respect to others, please try to be on time. For safety reasons, we close class admittance 10 minutes after the class begins. Thanks for understanding.

Really awesome class! Lot of attention to detail. I improved in many of my postures today.
Restorative with David
This was an unusual restorative class. It would be best for someone with a strong self directed meditation practice. There were very minimal breathing or meditation cues. David was very involved in helping set up each pose (only 3 in 90 Min) and then was otherwise silent. The poses were carefully thought out but I did not feel as loosened as I do after some other restorative classes because there were so few

Awesome instructor - but really really rude front desk receptionist? This is my third time at Mindful Body and I love it, but the receptionist was not someone I need to deal with again.

Great class and instructor. A few movements repeated multiple times, modifications offered when needed. The Nidra part was very relaxing.
