The Grind Cycle and Fitness is a boutique cycle and fitness studio that offers multiple cycling and group fitness classes to cater to your schedule and fitness levels and goals. With expert instructors providing motivational support to push you to levels you never thought possible, you will be sure to sculpt a stronger physique in no time flat. We are not just cycling!!

How to prepare

Cycling: cycling shoes with SPD clips OR sneakers Tight fitted clothing, no baggy pants or skirts. Fitness classes: Wear shoes/sneakers Yoga & Yoga Shred: NO Shoes! Please be sure to bring your own water bottle or we have water bottles you can purchase for a $1

How to get there

The studio is located at 14869 Metcalf in Shopping Center 148 Metcalf, on the East side of the street. Located behind O'Reilly Automotive. Next door to Enterprise Rental Car

Bree was a great instructor. I got a great workout from the class, even though it wasn’t really my style. It’s different than other spin classes I’ve tried in the area. The class I attended was really small (~5 people) but it was still a good time. If it were closer to my house I would give them another shot.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
