About this studio

At The Forge, our focus is on providing quality training backed by quality coaching. Beginners to advance athletes, all levels are welcome to experience the depth of our expertise. To that end, we offer two programmes: Olympic Weightlifting - where we train individuals to compete in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. This programme is for individuals who want to take a deep dive into the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. Strength & Conditioning - where we train individuals to be stronger and faster. This programme is for individuals who want applicable strength in their daily activities.

How to prepare

Registration will commence 15 minutes before the start of the session. We encourage you to bring: 1. Sportswear 2. Athletic shoes or Olympic Weightlifting shoes (encouraged for the Olympic Weightlifting Classes) 3. Personal water bottle Please inform the coach present of any pre-existing injuries.

What is ClassPass?
