How to prepare

Please bring appropriate clothing for exercise. Trainers to be worn in studios and functional area. Some classes (yoga, barre and pilates you may wish to bare foot): Shoes are required between changing area and studio space. Please ensure you have a padlock as we do not allow bags and coats into the teaching rooms. If you are coming for boxing classes; please bring inner gloves or straps with you; these can be purchased in the gym. If you are running late, you may be refused entry to the class for health and safety reasons.

How to get there

Come our of Chalk Farm Station turn left. Cross over the road and walk past Evans Cycles. We are in the gated ground just past Evans Cycles, opposite The Roundhouse.

Like the instructor but never done body pump before so didn’t know what weights to put on and didn’t work up much of a sweat

Instructor forgot her headset, and didn’t seem prepared - but if faffing about at the start. Sound system was terrible!

Nice calm and relaxing evening class. The teacher was helpful as it was my first time doing Pilates. (The room was quite cold so could’ve worn an extra top)
CYCLE 45 - All abilities with Desmond
Bring your own padlock for the lockers Spinning but not using any electronic indicators and not trying to use the music to find the speed for the song so took a while to get used to it. No arms work as with other spinning sessions But a good workout and instructor went round and looked after people. No bike shoes provided. No towels or products in showers. The pedals take 2-point cleats or normal trainers on the other side

Sharon is a great instructor! Too bad the sound system in studio was poor.
DYNAMIC YOGA - All abilities with Eniko
Good workout, but not very good "yoga" - competitiveness was encouraged and it was the opposite of calm / spiritual! I would also note the room is pretty cold!

What is ClassPass?
