How to prepare

The studio is barefoot optional - suggest shoes for Fusion classes. Since these classes focus on efficiency, please arrive dressed in your workout apparel and be ready to start on time.

How to get there

The Fit Co. is located at 39 West 56th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues on the 4th floor. Go past the desk to the left and all the way back to the studio straight ahead! For Outdoor classes, please email laura@thefitco.nyc to find the exact location in the park and you will receive an email confirming the location!

The instructor was great, and the work out really had me sweating. Starts off with some nice stretching and yoga then goes into tough HIIT. Great class for a mid week workout.

Low intensity toning workout. Did get a little sweaty but modifications offered to reduce intensity if needed. Felt amazing in the middle of a work day, highly recommend (did not see any showers)

Nicole was so attentive and encouraging! She kept the class at a nice pace.
No Sweat with Laura
I was genuinely impressed with the framework of the class! Each move served a function of improving strength, mobility, or stability. Not once did we perform an exercise that was for "show' muscles - and we used real weights! It's a great cross-training class for athletes who may be looking for a recovery-style class on their easy or XT days. AND, no shower required after the class - I cleaned up and went right back to the office.
