How to prepare

The studio is barefoot optional - suggest shoes for Fusion classes. Since these classes focus on efficiency, please arrive dressed in your workout apparel and be ready to start on time.

How to get there

The Fit Co. is located at 39 West 56th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues on the 4th floor. Go past the desk to the left and all the way back to the studio straight ahead! For Outdoor classes, please email laura@thefitco.nyc to find the exact location in the park and you will receive an email confirming the location!

The workout was good but the instructor did not correct anyone's form most of which were really poor.

Sneaky class, it goes fast and the moves are subtle but you just know when youre done youre going to be hurting the next day. Ab section was killer. Class was different from what I expected and I enjoyed it, great workout.

Decent work out. But very small space with toddlers. Wasnt advertised that moms could bring their toddlers so was a bit confused.

What is ClassPass?
