How to prepare

The studio is barefoot optional - suggest shoes for Fusion classes. Since these classes focus on efficiency, please arrive dressed in your workout apparel and be ready to start on time.

How to get there

The Fit Co. is located at 39 West 56th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues on the 4th floor. Go past the desk to the left and all the way back to the studio straight ahead! For Outdoor classes, please email laura@thefitco.nyc to find the exact location in the park and you will receive an email confirming the location!

Too many pauses in between workout reps. Silence with no music . Workout is the same as the free videos you can do at home .

Laura has great energy and was really kind about providing modifications/adjustments when I couldn't keep up with some of the moves. There's a bit of yoga incorporated as well. Definitely come dressed for classed, did not see showers/bathroom.
