About this studio

The Dailey Method® is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning, muscle strengthening, yoga and orthopedic exercises. Dailey Cycle is a 40 minutes of heart pounding, spirit lifting, beat driven cycling and 20 minutes of upper body toning, core strengthening and stretching off the bike. This challenging one-hour barre exercise class effectively strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body. All movement is controlled and very focused, effective and safe. Proper alignment is their primary focus. Then each set of exercises is followed by a series of active stretches to develop more sculpted and supple muscles. The entire body and mind is constantly working throughout their workout. Through this process one's body, posture and physical awareness will be transformed.

How to prepare

Barre Classes - First visit please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Wear socks with grips in the studio - they are sold at the studio. In addition, clients should wear comfortable clothing such as yoga attire. Everything else is provided. Dailey Cycle - We start classes on time and will not allow late arrivals for the cycle classes and wear hard sole tennis shoes. We look forward to seeing you soon.

How to get there

We are located in the Aviara Apartment Building. Free parking in the garage located behind the studio.

the cold aroma therapy towels at the end were amazing! the instructor did not explain parts of the ride well though. when we did isolation, most of the ladies there didn't have a clue.

Great instructor, awesome playlist and very upbeat! Loved her attitude, cueing and encouragement! One star off only because I Really struggled with part of the workout and getting proper engagement ,seated underneath the bar with some leg raises for core, thought it was very advanced movement that seemed like most of the class couldnt do.. I know that there workouts are corporate created which helps keep them creative but sometimes can be a downside..
