About this studio

The Dailey Method® is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning, muscle strengthening, yoga and orthopedic exercises. This challenging one-hour barre exercise class effectively strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body. All movement is controlled and very focused, effective and safe. Proper alignment is their primary focus. Then each set of exercises is followed by a series of active stretches to develop more sculpted and supple muscles. The entire body and mind is constantly working throughout their workout. Through this process one's body, posture and physical awareness will be transformed.

How to prepare

Please wear socks. Dailey Cycle Shimano bikes require clipless pedals. Please bring cycle shoes with SPD cleats if you own a pair. Shoe rental is available for $5.

This was my first barre class ever and the owner Jeannette was extremely helpful and nice. Will absolutely be going back for another class and even try their cycling!

The class is great! You will definitely sweat! Wonders wonders on your thighs! Good method of cardio and Jeanette always plays old school songs to pump you up!

Jeanette is always the best! Great energy, helps align and adjust. The energy of the class is upbeat and great for cardio, a sweat, abs, arms, obliques, thighs, glutes, and hamstrings!

Awesome workout! Intervals are always a big achievement to finish considering how much your legs & arms are about to fall apart after multiple squats, pull ups, planks, mountain climbers, back dancing etc. jeanette is great at reminding the clients of proper form and adjustments!

Jeanette is my favorite teacher! If it wasnt for her I would it would be flat as the wall we lean against. And her class we learn proper hip placements proper alignments & proper stretching. She will come around adjust you if you are not in the proper alignment. Her music is great and has a good with a tempo to help you keep in rhythm.

Jeanette is always the best! In her class you better expect to sweat and for your legs and butt to be sore afterwards! Which is great bc you know you are working your body hard and toning!

What is ClassPass?
