About this studio

The Dailey Method® is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning, muscle strengthening, yoga and orthopedic exercises. This challenging one-hour barre exercise class effectively strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body. All movement is controlled and very focused, effective and safe. Proper alignment is their primary focus. Then each set of exercises is followed by a series of active stretches to develop more sculpted and supple muscles. The entire body and mind is constantly working throughout their workout. Through this process one's body, posture and physical awareness will be transformed.

Love going here!!! Always leave feeling a little stronger every time! Hard work but it’s worth it.

I would recommend that the instructor give a little warning prior to grabbing people and pushing their bodies into a stretch. She forced me into position twice before a had to tell her to stop. I understand that there is a specific form for stretching exercises, but a verbal cue to let me know shes about to touch me would be appreciated. I was also stretching out my hamstring that was sore from running - her forcefully moving me into place caused me pain that took a few days to go away.

Horrible! The class started at 6pm. I thought they were not showing up and I left. Then I was charged for class pass
Dailey Barre with Camille
Upbeat, engaging and calming voice! Camille creates a warm and welcoming environment with positive energy. Her verbal cues are easy to follow and flows well.

I really want to like this studio but the two times Ive gone havent been great. I understand that this can be hard with a 6am class, but I wish the class was more energetic, either music wise or through the instructor. The instructor was good about adjustments though.

So hard in a good way. Great instructor
Dailey Barre with Jennifer
Incredible cueing and descriptive language to immediately increase your body awareness and access muscles that are rarely, if ever, touched. Clean studio, friendly students, and a majorly intense workout if you are paying attention.
Dailey Basics with Jeanette
For me I needed more visual demonstration of the moves and proper form from the actual instructor but I didnt really get that just a few corrections from the instructor. I ended up just looking around and Mimicking what I saw the other attendees doing but sometimes they didnt even have the proper form. I am more of a visual person and need the moves demonstrated during the class.

This was my first time going to this Dailey Method but Im a regular at a Daily Method in Los Angeles. I much prefer the Dailey Method in Los Angeles. Class was pretty good but I wasnt a big fan of the instructor. I felt like her way of telling people what adjustments to make could embarrass people. I know she made me feel embarrassed. I dont know why she didnt go around and give more hands on adjustments instead. Its not like there were that many of us. She also talked too quickly or not into her mic which made hearing her hard.

Engaging and challenging workout! Jeanette is intuitive, motivating, encouraging, and positive. Overall, great energy.
