About this studio

The Dailey Method® is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning, muscle strengthening, yoga and orthopedic exercises. This challenging one-hour barre exercise class effectively strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body. All movement is controlled and very focused, effective and safe. Proper alignment is their primary focus. Then each set of exercises is followed by a series of active stretches to develop more sculpted and supple muscles. The entire body and mind is constantly working throughout their workout. Through this process one's body, posture and physical awareness will be transformed.

How to prepare

Please wear socks. Dailey Cycle Shimano bikes require clipless pedals. Please bring cycle shoes with SPD cleats if you own a pair. Shoe rental is available for $5.

Incredible cueing and descriptive language to immediately increase your body awareness and access muscles that are rarely, if ever, touched. Clean studio, friendly students, and a majorly intense workout if you are paying attention.

For me I needed more visual demonstration of the moves and proper form from the actual instructor but I didnt really get that just a few corrections from the instructor. I ended up just looking around and Mimicking what I saw the other attendees doing but sometimes they didnt even have the proper form. I am more of a visual person and need the moves demonstrated during the class.

This was my first time going to this Dailey Method but Im a regular at a Daily Method in Los Angeles. I much prefer the Dailey Method in Los Angeles. Class was pretty good but I wasnt a big fan of the instructor. I felt like her way of telling people what adjustments to make could embarrass people. I know she made me feel embarrassed. I dont know why she didnt go around and give more hands on adjustments instead. Its not like there were that many of us. She also talked too quickly or not into her mic which made hearing her hard.

Jeanette will make your legs tremble and you will literally feel the burn and heat working at your legs while youre at the barre or planking doing small micro movements. It truly does work!

Jeanette is so good! She knows how to make your legs tremble and your body sweat like crazy! Pilates and bare May be perceived as easy but let me tell you- this is NOT easy! Small 1 in. Movements can make your thighs burn like crazy!

What is ClassPass?
